Why 100 free spins are split across days
A hundred spins credited at once is a hundred chances to hit a feature and leave. Dripped twenty-five a day, the same package is five logins, and each login is another chance that you deposit again. That is the whole reason for the schedule, and the operators state it plainly in their terms rather than hiding it.

Two rows in that table deserve a second look. A 48-hour activation window with five days of validity means the offer can lapse before you have used it, and eight hundred spins with winnings capped at a fixed figure has a ceiling that a hundred-spin offer with no cap may not have. Work out the real deadline on day one
Take the date the first batch lands, add the stated validity period, and treat that as the deadline for the entire package. If the last batch arrives after it, the package is smaller than the advertised count and you should price it that way before depositing.
What a hundred spins is worth in money
Spin value first: a hundred spins at a published €0.20 each is €20 of turnover handed to you. The same count at a 10c stake is half that. Nothing about the number one hundred sets the value; the stake does, and the operator fixes it.
